Effective June 15th ALL donors (new
and repeat) will be
required to show a government issued picture ID at
registration.
A government issued ID card can be from
a FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY (LOCAL) governmental
entity, and may include:
§ Driver’s
license
§ State
issued ID card
§ Military
ID
§ Passport
§ School
issued ID with picture - High School or
College (official date of birth is
still required)
