Hamilton was the first female Chairperson of the Gator Bowl (2002) and has been a Trustee since 2004. She has served on many Boards from United Way of NE FL to the Girl Scouts Gateway Council, Pine Castle, OneJax and Seamark Ranch to name a few. She was recognized by the City of Jacksonville with its “Human Rights Commission Award” (2006) and was named a “Woman of Influence” (2005) and “Corporate Business Leader of the Year” (2007) by the Business Journal. She has been recognized by multiple media and corporate organizations for her tireless work in diversity. Her career experience includes various transportation-related legal positions with CSX and its affiliated companies. Her professional affiliations include being a member of the bar in Alabama, Florida, U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Bar Association, U.S. Supreme Court and the Torts and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. She earned her bachelor’s in Political Science from Auburn University and a JD from Cumberland Law School-Samford University.

Marianne Hillegass

Hillegass has been with Baptist Health for 23 years and is an active member of the community. Among her many professional affiliations, she is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, First Coast Healthcare Executives Group, Healthcare Financial Management Association and an alumna of Leadership Jacksonville. She also serves on the Board of Community Connections and United Way. A graduate of Jacksonville University with a bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration, she earned her master’s in Health Administration from the University of North Florida.

Tracee Holzendorf, MSN, RN

Tracee Holzendorf has spent her dedicated career in health care serving in various leadership positions at Shands Jacksonville. She currently oversees a multi-million dollar budget and is responsible for establishing and meeting quality outcomes, division goals and strategic planning. Holzendorf has been active in the community, serving on the boards of Character Counts and Arlington Family YMCA. Her community engagement spans from United Way Leadership Circle, Women in Local Leadership (WILL), Better Jacksonville Plan Citizen Oversight Committee, to Junior League and Leadership Jacksonville. She is a graduate of the National Advisory Board Company's Nursing Leadership Academy, a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and received her bachelor's in nursing from the University of North Florida and her master's in nursing from the University of Phoenix.

Jan Korb

An award winning creative director named by the Business Journal as a “Woman of Influence” (2008), Korb founded her marketing and public relations firm, BroadBased in 1996. She is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Academy and Leadership Jacksonville. Korb serves as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters and is active with the Meninak Club, Regional Community Institute of Jacksonville and the American Institute for Graphic Artists. She is a graduate of Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida.

Michael Maguire

A certified financial planner, Maguire’s specialties include corporate and commercial finance, and investment banking. He remains active in the community with the Gator Bowl Association, Enterprise North Florida, Cornerstone and Brooks Health Foundation to name a few. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, University of Central Florida and the University of Oklahoma with degrees in finance and business administration.

Jeremy P. Miller

Miller is an accredited advisor in insurance designation and a designee associate of risk management. He is actively involved with United Way, Blueprint for Prosperity, JCCI and the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville. Miller’s bachelor of business administration is in risk management and insurance from the University of Georgia.

Jorge F. Morales

A technology entrepreneur who specializes in wireless, mobile and enterprise software for supply chain management and construction, Morales has been in the business for more than 25 years and founded his company, ICS, in 1982. He is active with the Girls and Boys Club, Salvation Army and the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville. He earned his degree in business from Florida State University.

Sheryl Perry, MD

An anesthesiologist of more than 25 years, Dr. Perry has worked for private and educational/research institutions, including donating her services for 11 years as a volunteer anesthesiologist for Fresh Start Surgical Gifts Inc. of Encinitas, California. She is a graduate of UCLA School of Medicine where she also completed her anesthesiology fellowship and residency.

Duke Regan 

Regan's practice focuses on defending medical negligence, personal injury, and general liability claims. During law school, he served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review, president of the National Conference of Law Reviews, and was selected for inclusion in Who's Who Among American Law Students. Regan earned his bachelor's from Florida State University and his JD from Stetson University College of Law.

Jim Sebesta

A corporate real estate consulting and transaction specialist, Sebesta moved from the banking industry into commercial real estate in 1986 to form the Phoenix Realty Group. He was recognized twice as NAIOP’s Broker of the Year. He is also a principal of PRG Development. Sebesta also serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP’s Jacksonville and Florida Chapters, the L’Arche Harbor House and San Jose Country Club. He earned his bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Jackie Simmons, Jr.

Simmons has spent his working lifetime of service in education from working as a behaviorist at Daniel Memorial, to impacting the lives of students under his leadership in several North Florida middle and high schools. Simmons earned his bachelors from Paine College in Augusta, Georgia and his masters in educational leadership from Jacksonville University.

W. Hamilton Traylor

Traylor specializes in mergers and acquisitions, real property and corporate financing. He serves on the advisory board for the Northeast Command of the Salvation Army, and is a past member of the Vestry of St. Peters Episcopal Church. He earned his bachelors from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law.

James C. (Jim) Triola

Jim Triola has been the Chief of Operations for PGA Tour Golf Course Properties, Inc. (worldwide) since 2010. He began work with the Properties company as Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs in 1996, and was Assistant General Counsel for PGA TOUR, Inc., starting in 1988. Prior to then, he was an Associate with a law firm in Vienna, Virginia, following his graduation from George Washington University Law School in 1984.

Augusto Villegas, MD

Board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine, Dr. Villegas served as Medical Director and Director of Ambulatory Services at the Ponce Correctional Complex and as a key faculty member at Damas Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program. He has also worked in private practice in Internal Medicine. A member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the American College of Physicians, Dr. Villegas earned his medical degree from Puerto Rico’s Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Damas Hospital Internal Medicine Program where he acted as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology at the University of Florida, Jacksonville.

Michael P. Wicks,CFP, CHFC

Wicks is in his fifteenth year of providing financial services to high net worth individuals and companies. After graduating from Florida State University, he built his practice in Orlando before relocating to Ponte Vedra Beach. In the community, he has made contributions to the Leukemia Society's Team in Training and New Views Treatment Center.
